Why TPA was formed
For decades, representation stayed estate-based, labour-focused and personality-driven. It won periodic wage increases, but never the land, housing, education and national integration the community needed. TPA was formed in 2015 to change that.
Vision 2035
Our goal is not welfare dependency. It is equality, dignity, opportunity and full belonging in the Sri Lankan mainstream.
