Vision 2035
Draft content · pending TPA approvalFive pillars. One decade. Full belonging.
TPA’s mission is to complete the unfinished journey of the Indian-Origin Malaiyaha Tamil community from marginalisation to full and equal citizenship, not as a plantation-bound workforce, but as confident, land-owning, educated and economically mobile stakeholders in Sri Lanka’s national future.
The five pillars are confirmed as the Vision 2035 pillars. Targets and phases will be drafted from TPA's Vision 2035 document and approved by leadership.
