A modern, open and productive economy

A private-sector-led, market-oriented economy with strong regulation, transparency and social responsibility
State-Owned Enterprises restructured into efficient PPP models
Deeper economic integration with India and the Indo-Pacific through trade, investment, logistics, skills and technology

Rule of law and clean governance

An independent judiciary, depoliticised public service and professional law enforcement
Governance based on institutions, not individuals
Anti-corruption that is systemic and institutional, not selective

National reconciliation and civic unity

One Sri Lankan civic identity that fully respects ethnic, religious and linguistic diversity
No citizen should feel like a guest in their own country
Integration, not segregation, as the foundation of stability

A strategic and economic foreign policy

A balanced, pragmatic and economy-focused foreign policy
Foreign missions as investment, trade and technology bridges
India as a civilisational partner and strategic anchor in recovery and regional integration

Constitutional reform and strong institutions

A secular constitution, equality before the law, meaningful devolution and strong independent commissions
A state that is strong, but also just and inclusive
